SHIPPING POLICY

 

Orders are processed and shipped from Boulder, Colorado.

Domestic orders with a physical address are shipped with USPS.

Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.

 

All international orders are subject to customs fees and/or additional fees.

International orders are shipped USPS Express at a rate of $5.00 per order.

All customs fees and/or additional fees incurred with international orders are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

 

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 3pm Mountain Time will be processed the next business day.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Products must be returned in their original condition* and packed in the original packaging within 15 days of receipt.

Purchaser is responsible for paying for return shipping.

Sensi Tees does not accept responsibility for lost packages and recommends you use a shipping method with tracking and/or proof of delivery.

Returns eligible for refund will be processed as soon as possible, with the funds being issued to the card used for the original purchase.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, however may be exchanged for another item or store credit,  .

Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged and no store credit to be applied.

You will receive an email notification when your return or exchange has been processed.

*If the item is washed it is no longer deemed eligible for return.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Sensi Tees does not store your credit card information and will not rent or sell your name or personal information.

All information is used solely to process payment and remains confidential.
